Spring Eco-Friendly Skin Care Regime

Spring is upon us and it is wonderful to see the bright colored yellow and white daffodils bloom. It is a time to shed the winter skin and come out refreshed. Here are some recommendations:

Ingredients
2 cups of Espon Salt
1 lemon or ½ cup of lemon juice
1 cup of dried milk or 3 cups milk
Combine all ingredients, run a bath with warm water, under the tap mix the ingredients with the running water, insure the salt is dissolved and the mixture is evenly distributed around the bath. Soak for 20 minutes.
